Do you offer gift wrapping?[+] [-]

Every WWAKE piece is thoughtfully packaged in a WWAKE jewelry box and arrives ready for gifting, at no additional cost. If your order is being sent directly to the recipient, packing slips never include pricing and our outer shipping boxes do not display WWAKE branding.

Can I include a gift note with my order?[+] [-]

Yes. Add your message to the “Special Instructions Note” field in your cart and we’ll include a handwritten note with your order.

Can I send a WWAKE gift directly to the recipient?[+] [-]

Yes. Simply enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address at checkout. Packing slips never include pricing, and orders are shipped in discreet outer packaging without WWAKE branding. You can also add a personal message in your cart for us to include as a handwritten note.

Can I add an engraving to my gift?[+] [-]

Many WWAKE pieces can be personalized with engraving. Eligible designs will show an “Add Special Engraving to Your Piece” option on the product page, where you can select an engraving style and enter your text. Engraving is an additional $150 USD and is typically completed within 7 days. Character limits vary by design.

Do you offer gift cards?[+] [-]

Yes. WWAKE digital gift cards are available in a range of denominations and are delivered by email with a unique code to redeem at checkout. Gift cards have no additional processing fees and do not expire. Physical WWAKE gift cards are coming soon.

Can I pick up my gift from the WWAKE studio?[+] [-]

Yes. Select Studio Pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with our Greenpoint, Brooklyn studio address and pickup instructions. Pickup appointments are available Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM–4:30 PM. For rush pickups or requests outside regular hours, please contact our team.
